Penelitian fenomenologi ini bertujuan menggali pengalaman belajar mahasiswa program reguler di klinik sehingga para pembimbing klinik dapat memberikan persiapan dan bimbingan yang tepat pada mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran klinik. Sampel yang diambil secara purposive adalah lima mahasiswa program reguler yang sedang menjalani proses pembelajaran tahap klinik (profesi). Data dikumpulkan melalui unstructured interview. Hasil wawancara direkam dengan menggunakan tape recorder dan kemudian dibuat transkripnya. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan metoda analisis data “Collaizzi’s phenomenology methodsâ€. Terdapat tujuh tema yang muncul meliputi integrasi teori ke praktik, berupaya untuk tampil baik sebagai mahasiswa, berupaya untuk tampil sebagai perawat yang baik, keinginan untuk tidak membahayakan klien, keinginan untuk membantu klien, penyebab stress, serta pembelajaran ketrampilan psikomotor. Penelitian ini sebaiknya juga dilakukan pada mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan program ekstensi FIK-UI.

 

Abstract

The aim of this phenomenology is to explore and explain a clinical learning of nursing students. The study benefit is identification of knowledge resources for clinical instructors in preparing clinical practices. Another benefit of this study is to increase the quality of clinical learning of students. A sampling method used purposive sampling methods. Samples were 5 students of the regular program who were on going clinical learning process in clinical setting. Data were collected through unstructured interviews. Interview results were recorded using tape recorder and then were transcribed verbatim. Data were analyzed using data analyze methods “Collaizzi’s Phenomenology methodsâ€. There were 7 themes appeared including: to integrate theory into practice, to be a good student, to be a good nurse, to cause no harm or to help the patient, to cause a stress, and to learn psychomotor skills.
